Who may use this service?
International patients visiting Korea. Persons covered by Korean national health insurance are outside the scope of this service.
Are medical fees paid to CO?
No. Medical fees are paid directly to the hospital. Using a CO reservation incurs no additional cost at all. (Separate paid services are quoted and proceed only with your consent.)
When is a reservation confirmed?
A reservation is confirmed once the hospital accepts the request, and you are notified by the messenger you provided, usually within 2 hours during business hours in Korea Standard Time, excluding holidays.
