Korea's top-tier medical tourism B2B · B2G gateway
We run your office in Korea.
From one client to a full agency.
CO is Korea's top-tier B2B and B2G medical tourism gateway, operating under our own licences. Whether you are introducing a single client, launching a specialist agency or running a major travel company, we act as your Korean office end to end and connect you to any Korean medical institution registered to treat foreign patients.
Seoul-based · English/Chinese support · Own licences: foreign-patient attraction, hospital, general travel agency
Our licences
One gateway, three licences of our own.
Patient attraction, hospital care and travel: we run all three in-house, with no hand-offs to outside licence holders.
01
Foreign-patient attraction business
Registered to lawfully attract and refer foreign patients to Korean medical institutions.
02
Hospital
Our own hospital, so access to care does not depend only on outside providers.
03
General travel agency
Itineraries, hotels and ground transport run directly under our general travel agency licence.

White label
Run the whole program under your own brand.
Every step, through to the Korean itinerary on the ground, can run under your brand name. We stay invisible to your client if you prefer.
01
Your brand, end to end
Client communication, documents, itineraries and follow-up carry your name and identity only.
02
The Korean schedule included
Hospital appointments, hotels, transfers and on-site coordination are delivered as if by your own team.
03
Invisible by choice
We work entirely behind the scenes, or appear as a named partner if you want to show one.

You bring the market. We run Korea.
You own the clients and the brand in your market. We operate the entire Korean side under our own licences, from hospital connections and bookings to on-the-ground coordination.

Korean law requires registration to attract foreign patients. We hold it.
Anyone attracting foreign patients must register, and unregistered attraction can carry criminal penalties. The regulated side of every case runs through our registered, licensed operations, so you start on a lawful footing.
Regulatory update
Now you can start remotely, too.
Under a revised Korean law, patients can consult with registered Korean medical staff remotely before ever traveling to Korea — as if you had a telemedicine branch in your own market.
Pre-arrival consultation
Patients connect with registered medical staff by video before traveling to Korea.
Remote follow-up
The same medical staff can follow up remotely after the patient returns home.
Like a local branch
Telemedicine creates a local touchpoint abroad without opening an actual branch.
The business model
Not the typical “medical tourism” page.
A B2B operating model built around responsibility, patient flow and documented commercial terms.
01 · Market
You own the relationship abroad.
Build demand, communicate with your market, and find patients genuinely considering treatment in Korea.
02 · Korea
We run the Korean side.
Hospital connections, bookings, scheduling and on-the-ground support all run through our own licensed operations.
03 · Governance
Roles are documented.
Patient information flow, referral responsibilities, fees, communication and escalation routes are documented before a case begins.

Straight answers
The questions concierge founders ask before they commit.
Based on the questions we hear most. Final terms are always set in a written agreement.
Which hospitals and clinics can you connect us to?
Any Korean medical institution registered to treat foreign patients, and most of the clinics clients ask for already are. Tell us the ones you prefer and we connect you directly. We also introduce proven options when you want a recommendation.
Who stays the main contact for the client?
You do. The overseas business handles marketing in its market, client relationships, travel, hotels and concierge services. We handle hospital introductions, appointments and on-site coordination in Korea. Diagnosis and treatment decisions stay with hospitals and doctors.
Can we charge our own concierge fee?
Fees you charge your own clients for concierge services are yours to set. Referral fees between parties are separate: Korean regulation caps them (15%, 20% or 30% depending on the type of facility) and they are documented in writing beforehand.
How do partner fees work?
Screening is free. Referral fees, if any, are agreed in writing before a case begins and stay within the Korean caps. The paid 60-minute consultation is credited in full if we sign a partner agreement.
Do we need our own Korean office or registration?
Registration is a Korean-side requirement, and we hold it. Regulated activity runs through our licensed operations, so you do not need to set up an office in Korea. In the first call we map your own role and tell you plainly what it involves. This is business guidance, not legal advice.
How large can this grow?
From a single client introduction to launching a specialist agency or running a large travel company's Korea program. The same gateway and licences cover all of it.
Do you work with institutional or government buyers?
Yes. We operate as a B2B and B2G gateway, so alongside private agencies we handle institutional and government-linked programs. Tell us what you need in the form below.
Can we run everything under our own brand (white label)?
Yes. We can run every step, including the schedule in Korea, under your brand so that we do not appear to your client at all. If you prefer, we can also appear as a named partner. The choice is yours and is set in the written agreement.
